Quilting success! It's finished!

I'm pleased to announce that having spent half a day on the sewing machine and some hours hand sewing, my daughter's quilt is finished! What a labour of love it was - 9 months from idea to completion and some new skills picked up on the way including:

- image transfer
- more adventurous embroidery
- quilting by machine!

Stitching and quilting on the machine for hours!

Running stitch now added to the
entire border in matching colours
