Chocolate olive oil cake - wheat -free and a paper cut icing sugar papercut!


I love this Nigella recipe for Chocolate Olive Oil cake and tarted it up with a dusting of icing sugar sprinkled over a giant paper cut.

I cut a circle of grease-proof paper the size of the cake, folded it & cut a design using the same ideas from the papercutting for the bird lanterns. 

The effect is rather good, if I do say so myself! Tastes lush too!
