Rhubarb & Vanilla jam

We have a gorgeous glut of rhurbarb on out lottie so I made jam using this recipe here from the BBC food website.

20 sticks of rhubarb, 4 split vanilla pods and 11 warmed jars filled with the sweet tasting jam. Mmmmm
